Gwen Chappell is a highly-accomplished hospitality professional and beverage consultant with over 25 years of experience. Born in Mississippi, southern hospitality is at the core of her personality and values. The beverage expert has held various positions, including Director of Beverage and Director of Beverage Sourcing,
where she managed an annual budget of $50M and oversaw negotiations for spirits, beer and non-alcoholic beverages for 13 properties nationwide. She has also worked with some of the most
recognizable beverage brands: Anheuser-Busch, Bacardi, Coca-Cola, FIJI Water, Red Bull, Remy Martin and Tito’s Vodka. Chappell has a natural talent for forming lasting relationships.
As Founder and Relationship Expert for Chappell Hospitality, Chappell supports business leaders through strategic sourcing and sponsorship matching for large-scale events. Her services
include business planning, beverage program auditing and development consulting. As a relationship strategist, Chappell has lent her extensive expertise in business analysis, beverage
strategy and sponsorship package development.

beverage programs in some of the world’s top resorts
provides her with the experience and credentials to drive hospitality to the next level. She has brilliantly managed massive teams as well as made major purchasing decisions worth millions of dollars in the beverage sector.

I have always been inspired by Gwen’s ability to raise 3
boys as a single mom, working full time to provide them
with a promising future. In addition, as a black woman
who has established herself in the hospitality industry,
she has positioned herself as an entrepreneur, fearless
